Description
This pamphlet contains a series of letters from 1854 to 1858 from Lyman Trumbull to John M. Palmer. They mainly cover the issues of the Kansas-Nebraska Comprise and the issue of slavery in the United States. There is an illustration of Trumbull inside. This pamphlet is a reprint from the Journal of the Illinois State Historical Society, April-July, 1923.
