Description

The photograph depicts a black and white image of Gutzon Borglum's Seated Lincoln statue, which is located in next to the Essex County Courthouse in Newark, Essex County, New Jersey. This particular copy also features the artist's signature. It was enclosed in a gold frame (which featured a sticker inscribed with the number 265) but was removed for preservation.
