1- You are leading the effort to prevent large scale cuts to the strengths of the National Guard and Reserve in FY 1992. What is the status of those efforts?; 2- There has been a proposal made here in Washington to allow non-veterans who are on Medicare or Medicaid to use the veterans healthcare system? Some veterans groups have expressed concern about this. What do you think of the plan?; 3- There is some talk about re-doing the FY 1992 budget agreement to allow a shift in defense dollars to domestic programs. This is in response to the lessening of the Soviet military threat. But opponents say this could threaten the budget deal of last year and more taxes on top of that. What do you think about re-examining the spending priorities for FY 1992, or is it too late to consider it? ;
