Description

Speaking with Representative Richard Baker of Louisiana 1- You and I both voted against the Crime Bill. Among the reasons we opposed it was the ban on 19 specific assault weapons. But I understand this new law also leaves an opening for the B.A.T.F. to add other weapons it thinks fit the classification of an assault weapon. What?╟╓s the story?; 2- No action was taken on your bill at the end of the 103rd Congress, but we will be back in January in a new session. Will you re-introduce this legislation?
