Description
1- Another amendment that may be considered in the early days of 1995 is that to require term limits to members of Congress. The idea has been popular, but it could create problems for smaller states if adopted. What do you think about it?; 2- Another issue that may bet attention early this session is consideration of lowering the capital gains tax rate. Would you support that?; 3- One of the priorities in the early part of the new congress will be consideration of a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution. What do you think of the amendment and what are its chances?
