Description
1- Marcy, you have been the leader behind the legislation to establish a memorial to the men and women who served during World War II. Why did you become involved in this effort?; 2- We have had a Vietnam Memorial for 10 years and ground has been broken for a Korean War memorial, but there is no official memorial to World War II, which was our biggest conflict. I know you would agree that it is long overdue?Ǫ; 3- I am also happy to report that this memorial will be built on the Washington Mall with no taxpayer dollars. How will the funding be raised for the memorial?; 4- This bill has passed the House. What are the prospects for passage in the Senate in this Congress?;
