Description

1- President Elect Clinton has named Jesse Brown to be Secretary of Veterans Affairs. As executive director of the Disabled American Veterans, he has worked with you on veterans issues over the years. What is your reaction to his selection?; 2- One issue that will be on the agenda in you Veterans Affairs committee in 1993 will be a small business loan program for veterans. What are the details on this?; 3- There is a lot of talk in Washington about whether the U.S. should get involved militarily in the civil war in what was formerly Yugoslavia. What do you think of the use of American military personnel in that conflict?; 4- What about the mission in Somalia? How do you think it is going over there?;
