1- You have expressed concerns about moving ahead with big defense cuts when the situation is Russia is so unstable. What could happen if Boris Yeltsin is ousted and the military takes over?; 2- General Norman Schwarzkopf said it is much easier to build down the military and lose readiness capability than to build back up again. Would you agree with that?; 3- One of the issues that you raised recently with General Colin Powell was the quality of recruits we are getting into the military as the force is being reduced. Are you concerned about it?
