Description
This interview is with attorney William E. Spell of Clinton, Mississippi. In 1963-64, Mr. Spell served on the staff of the Preparedness Investigating Subcommittee of the Senate Armed Services Committee. He later served as Senator Stennis' press secretary. Mr. Spell was allowed to review the transcript for accuracy.
