State Mississippi Adams County} Orphan Court July term 1826 John Worthy Respectfully Represents to this Hon Court that he hath late intermarried with Mary Carson widow and that she has by her first husband three four children infants under the age of fourteen to wit John Carson Samuel, William ^and James. an whose estate he prays to be appointed guardian. He represents the Estate of each to be worth three hundred Dollars – the natural guardian having Relinquished her right to be such Offer as his secuirty William Basley [Marked out word] John Cardall & Andrew? Williams John Norlly (?)
