Description
This handwritten postcard is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. to his mother, Catherine F. Bogan. The note apologizes to her for having been blasé about his draft board notice and lets her know how hard it was for him to leave her. The card is postmarked West Point, Mississippi, April 28, 1943 and bares a green one cent Jefferson postage stamp.
