Description
This handwritten letter, dated January 2, 1944, is written from W. N. Bogan, Jr where he is stationed overseas to his father, W. N. Bogan, Sr. The letter expresses his regrets that he hasn't written in a while and explains that things have been rather tough. The letter goes on the thank his parents for the gifts they sent and describe the recent trip he took and all the things friends and family sent him for Christmas. The letter concludes with his appreciation that his dad hosted four "fellows" at Christmas supper and describes the basket ball teams plans. The letter is signed, "All my love, Buddy" and does not include an envelope.
