This handwritten letter, dated January 3, 1943, is written from W. N. Bogan at Washington and Lee in Lexington, Virginia to his mother, Catherine F, Bogan in West Point. The letter apologizes for not having written sooner and expresses his regret that he hasn't sent thank you cards for the gifts he received.
