Description
This handwritten letter, dated March 26, 1944, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. at Indiantown Gap Military Reservation in Pennsylvania to his mother, Catherine F. Bogan in West Point, Mississippi. The letter discusses news from home and news of others from his company. The letter goes on to describe what his duties have been since arriving and how he's spent his free time. The letter is written on United States Army stationary and is signed "Devotedly, Buddy." The envelope is postmarked Indiantown Gap, PA, March 27, 1944 and the postage is designated as "free."
