Description

This handwritten letter, postmarked August 14, 1944, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. at Camp Butner in North Carolina to his father, W. N. Bogan, Sr., in West Point, Mississippi. The letter discusses how terrible the weather has been and how it has affected training activities. The letter is signed "All my love, Buddy." The envelope is postmarked Durham, North Carolina, August 14, 1944 and the postage is designated as "free."
