Description
This handwritten letter, postmarked October 11, 1944, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. from Camp Butner in North Carolina to his parents, W. N., Sr. and Catherine F. Bogan, in West Point, Mississippi. The letter apologizes for his tardy letters and describes how he spent his recent three day pass. The letter is signed "All my love, Buddy." The envelope is postmarked Clarksville, Virginia, October 11, 1944 and the postage is designated as "free."
