Description
This handwritten letter, dated November 23, 1944, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. where he is stationed in England to his family in West Point, Mississippi. The letter describes how he spent his Thanksgiving, the football game between two air force teams, and his difficulties in purchasing gifts. The letter goes on to discuss the families holiday plans and encourages them to host any cadets that may need a place to eat for Christmas.
