This handwritten letter, dated March 14, 1945, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. where he is stationed in France to Mrs. M. J. (Alma) Weeks in West Point, Mississippi. The letter thanks her for writing to him and discusses what his camp is like. The letter is signed "Love, Neill." The air mail envelope is postmarked U. s. Army Postal Service, March 17, 1945 and includes a red six cent air mail postage stamp in the upper right. An army examiner ink stamp is in the lower left with a signature below it.
