Description
This handwritten letter, dated October 5, 1945, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. where he is stationed in Germany to his sister, Kay Bogan, in Meridian, Mississippi. The letter details the trip during his furlough. The letter is signed "All my love, Son." The original postmark is not visible. A purple postmark for West Point, Mississippi, December 11, 1945, is in the lower left and a red six cent air mail postage stamp is in the upper right.
