Description

This handwritten letter, dated June 3, 1943 is written from W. N. Bogan Jr. in St. Petersburg, Florida where he is stationed for training to his grandmother. The letter responds to several things his grandmother told him in her letter to him and discusses some family friends. The letter goes on to describe how his week at camp and training has been and informs her of the date he will finish basic training. The letter is written on U. S. Army Air Forces stationary with a set of blue wings in the top center.
