Description
The first handwritten statement of account, dated October 18, 1858, lists food and other household items purchased by John P. Darden from J. B. Carpenter from October 1857 to August 1858 totaling $60.36. The second undated statement lists various items of clothing purchased by John P. Darden from D and E. Scharffe from May to December of 1858 for a total of $23.36.
