Description
In this letter, dated September 21, 1861, J. J. Person and Co. writes to Isaac R. Wade to inform him that his order has been invoiced and shipped. The letter goes on to advise Wade that it is not a good time to ship cotton except in extreme cases and advises him on managing money.
