Description

In this statement made to Coroner of Jefferson County, Mississippi, James J. Collier, Circuit Court Clerk, writes on behalf of the State of Mississippi to document the recovery of two thousand three hundred and twenty -four dollars with interest against a judgment by Isaac R. Wade and other interested parties of the Isaac Ross Estate. The statement goes on to describe a writ of error made by a trustee and Wade, etc. call to appear before the high court.
