In this copy of a letter, dated January 6, 1867, H. T. Ellet writes to George L. Potter to inform him of the work he's done on a case involving Mr. Giller in estate matters. He discusses Mr. Giller's wishes, concessions, and offer of settlement in Probate Court, outlining his desire to possess the title to Prospect Hill Plantation.
