Description

This warranty deed documents the sale and conveyance of land in Leake County to James F. and Margaret Ray Buchanan from Morris and Mabel Davis for a sum of eight hundred and twelve dollars. The deed includes a full description of the property sold and is signed by the Morris and Mabel Davis on November 8, 1952, as well as B. E. Rawson, the Justice of the Peace in District 2 of Leake County, Mississippi. the deed was filed on November 12, 1952 by W. G. Hamil, the clerk.
