Description

This clipping from an unidentified newspaper shows a photograph of James Franklin Buchanan standing on the lawn in front of his home with a sign stating "Lawn of the Month" in the yard nearby. The caption beneath the photograph explains that the home of Mrs. and Mrs. Frank Buchanan was chosen as lawn of the month for the Highland Park neighborhood by the Kosciusko Garden Club.
