Description
In this letter, dated November 12, 1963, United States Senator, John C. Stennis writes to Attala County Extension Agent, James Franklin Buchanan to say he was sorry to miss Buchanan on a recent visit to Attala County and to let him know that he is spending more time in Mississippi in advance of the Civil Rights fight.
