Description

In this letter, dated November 23, 1938, C. B. Doyle, principle Agronomist of the U. S. Department of Agriculture writes Attala County, Mississippi Extension Agent, James Franklin Buchanan in reply to Buchanan's request for information on gin mixing of cotton seed. Doyle directs Buchanan to seek out J. E. Hite of Jackson, Mississippi for further information on the project.
