Description

In this letter, dated December 19, 1942, James Franklin Buchanan writes to the office of the regional director of the Fifth United States Civil Service Region to let them know that he received their questionnaire and advise them that his is already employed with the Mississippi Extension Service which is already considered Federal work. He goes to say that if appointment should be made by them that he would want to consider where his service would be most valuable.
