Description
In this letter, dated January 15, 1944, County agent, F. M. Smith writes a form letter to 4-H members to advise them that James Franklin Buchanan is leaving to join the U. S. Army and will be unable to meet with the club members any longer. The letter goes on to encourage the members to continue their work and server their community as part of the war effort.
