In this Western Union telegram, dated December 1, 1942, Senior Personnel Officer, Charles W. Elkin informs Anna Buchanan that she is to report to the Herman E. Wood, RR Supervisor in Liberty, Mississippi to being a job as clerk-typist. He informs her of the annual salary.
