Description

In this greeting card, Gertrude offers congratulations to James Franklin "Frank" Buchanan and let him know how proud she is of him. She goes on to say she clipped the article and sent it to "Mama and Papa" and knows they will be pleased. The cover of the greeting card is pink with red roses and contains a note of "kindest thoughts and best wishes"
