Description

This Star-Herald newspaper clipping, dated August 23, 1953, announces J. Frank (James Franklin) Buchanan as the new Attala County agent for the Extension Services, replacing C. I. Smith who is named the new state 4-H Club leader. The article goes on to detail Buchanan's education and professional accomplishments and also identifies the new assistant agent in Attala County.
