Description

The primary focus on this page of the September 1959 issue of the Mississippi Stockman-Farmer is the second article, C. T. McDaniel of Attala Augments Income With Attala Forestry Program. A photograph of McDaniel and Attala County Extension Agent, James Franklin Buchanan studying one of the pine trees is included with the article. The lead article on the page is titled, "Big Forestry Day at Mississippi State Fair to Climax Year of Forestry Development" detailing the Mississippi State Fair and the growth of the forestry industry in the state.
