Description

This clipping from the Star-Herald, dated November 1965, announces the retirement of Attala County Agent, James Franklin Buchanan and names his successor. The article shares Buchanan's history and accomplishments with the Extension Services as well as some biographical information. A photograph of Buchanan with is successor, George C. Wade, is included with the article.
