Description

This clipping from the Star-Herald, dated December 1, 1966, names the new leadership of the Kosciusko-Attala Chamber of Commerce, including an appointment to James Franklin Buchanan as a member of the board of directors. A photograph of the new president, the vice-president, and the longtime manager is included with the article.
