This card, sent by Mr. and Mrs. E. O. Moody and family, congratulates James Franklin and Margaret Ray Buchanan on the birth of their baby, a daughter named Harriet Ann. The card features illustrations of a baby and baby shoes with a wide ribbon attached to a baby's rattler to for the "C" in congratulations. The card is bordered by illustrations of pink roses.
