Description

In this letter, dated December 15, 1980, Senator John C. Stennis and his wife, Coy, extend Christmas greetings to James Franklin "Frank" and Margaret Ray Buchanan. The letter is written on United States Senate letterhead. A handwritten note at the bottom states that the Senator Stennis sent a similar letter every Christmas and every Mother's Day for several years.
