Description

This postcard features a black and white image of a high school in Jackson, Mississippi, a three story building with a bell tower at the front entrance, arched or curved windows, and a set of steps leading to the front entrance. Trees are seen on either side of the building. The title of the card is printed sideways on the right beside the edge of the image. An inscription is written along the white edge on the right of the card and across the left upper corner. The back of the card is addressed to Mrs. Grace Bennett in Belmar, New Jersey. the card is postmarked Jackson, Miss., September 27, 1906 and Belmar, New Jersey, September 29. A green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner.
