The description in the upper left corner reads "Bay St. Louis, Miss. (1699) Gateway to the Gulf South. Unique shops and delightful restaurants of "Old Town" overlook the Miss. Sound. Waves, seabirds and sailboats create a seascape in motion which fascinates everyone."
