This black and white picture postcard features a view of the buildings on either side of a street. The building at the end of the street on the right side features a turret on the corner with a sign on the facing identifying it as a bank. The building directly across, on the left side of the street also bears a sign for a bank. A banner advertising the Theatre is strung over the street. People are walking on the sidewalk and horse drawn buggies are on either side of the street. The title in the lower left corner identifies the scene as "Howard Street, Biloxi, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for address and postage stamp placement.
