This double sized color postcard features the Buena Vista Hotel in Biloxi, Mississippi. The hotel is a white, four story, three wing building with trees and landscaping in the courtyard. An early twentieth century car is depicted as parked on the street in front of the left wing of the hotel. The title along the bottom of the postcard reads "Buena Vista Hotel, Biloxi, Mississippi" The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for postage stamp placement. The description on the left side of the card reads "The Buena Vista Hotel situated on the beach in the heart of Biloxi, is new, modern, fireproof, and complete in every detail. It has 250 rooms all outside, light and airy, with private or connecting bath. With it's wide verandas overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and its large and comfortable lounge, lobby, sitting rooms, sun parlors and card rooms--A magnificent Convention Hall and Dancing Pavilion over the water--Boat Landing and Bathing Pier with anchorage for Yachts--All Excursion Boats arrive and depart for our Pier. A Safe Playground for Children--It is the IDEAL place to spend a Vacation. CONVENIENT TO ALL GOLF COURSES. Located in the Arcade of the Hotel are various shops: Drug Store; Novelty Shops; Florist; Barber Shop; Beauty Parlor; Chiropodist; Grill and Coffee Shop. The cuisine is of the best and service first class. The SEA-FOODS are unexcelled. The Hotel is operated on the European plan and rates commensurate with service desired. Address: J. W.
