Description

This black and white picture postcard features boats at anchor in the yacht harbor in Gulfport with people standing on the dock. "Miss 27" is handwritten in the bottom left corner. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for address placement. The description in the upper left corner reads "Mississippi--The Magnolia State; Boats at Anchor in the new $400,000 yacht harbor at Gulfport. Among the newest recreation developments on the Mississippi Coast, the yacht harbor and the surrounding park embody numerous entertainment facilities including game courts, a golf range, and a large clubhouse and pavilion. Miss. 27".
