Description
This color advertisement postcard features the poolside view of the Ramada Inn with the pool, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a palm tree facing the two story hotel. Inscriptions are written in blue ink along the top of the card and several arrows are drawn to the various rooms of the hotel. "This section was badly damaged" is written in ink on the portion of the scene between the pool and the building. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for postage stamp placement. The description in the upper left reads "Ramada Inn, Waveland, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi--100 deluxe units--swimming pool, patio, air-conditioned, TV, lounge, golf, fishing, "Michael's Famous Restaurant." Near Gulf of Mexico, Mississippi Test Facility (NASA). U.S. Highway 90 and State 603 (KILN RD.)"
