Description

This color postcard features an aerial view of the Bay St. Louis Bridge with scenes of houses and trees on the land near the entrance to the bridge and cars are depicted entering the bridge. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard with publisher and copyright information and indication for postage stamp placement. The description of the front photo is located in the upper left of the card and reads "The New Bay St. Louis Bridge, built at a cost of $9,000,000, is four lanes, stretching two miles across the Bay; has double leaf draw bridge clearing 100 feet for the water traffic. This is an ultra-modern engineering triumph of concrete and steel." An inscription is included.
