Description

This black and white postcard features a dirt street with storefronts and trees on either side. A horse-drawn carriage is on the right side of the street. The title in the lower left reads "View looking East, Main Street, Lucedale, Miss." "Monica Koons" is handwritten beside the title. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Ebank, Mississippi, October 6, 1908. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mrs. H. J. Koons in Hemlock, Ohio.
