The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for address and postage stamp placement. The description in the upper left reads ", Broadwater Beach--America's finest Hotel Cottages. Exclusive location facing directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Complete hotel service in luxurious accommodations. Club Room, golf, fishing, hunting, and other sports available. Restricted clientele."
