Description

This color postcard features a group of oyster schooners gathered around a harbor with factory buildings and piers off the coast. An in scription is handwritten across the top of the image. The title along the bottom reads "Oyster Schooners at Canning Factory, Biloxi, Miss." and the date is written beneath it. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed sideways in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked New Orleans, Louisiana September 7, 1907. The card is addressed to Miss Daisy Joor in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
