This black and white postcard features a church with an inset corner tower that is topped by a tall steeple. The church also features arched windows and doors. A tree is to the left of the church. The title "Methodist Church, Bay St. Louis, Miss." is in the upper right corner. An inscription is handwritten along the bottom of the card. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, October 31, 1908. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Dr. Thus D. Williams in Shelbyville, Kentucky.
Bay St. Louis Oct. 31. 08 Dear Thos. Am only here for a few hours but must send you a line. Hope I have a letter when I reach home. As ever yours, Louise Where I have been many times. M. L. G.
