Description
This black and white postcard features a bird's eye view of a town with buildings and streets. The First National Bank and Banfill's Millinery and Shoe Store are visible on the street in the forefront of the image. An "X" is drawn over a group of buildings in the distance on the left. The title along the bottom of the image reads "Looking East From 13th St., Gulfport, Miss." An inscription is handwritten along the bottom edge and to the right. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right and the card is postmarked Gulfport, Mississippi, September 29, 1907. The card is addressed to Miss Jennie Lang in Pass Christian, Mississippi.
